From day one, HellasVeg has been developing collaborations and synergies with other organizations and professionals in the wider vegetarian field and has selected recipes that aim to enhance the experience of a vegetarian diet.
The nutritional goal for our recipes is:

- The fats included, mainly belong in the beneficial category of monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
