Vegan/Vegetarian recipes

From day one, HellasVeg has been developing collaborations and synergies with other organizations and professionals in the wider vegetarian field and has selected recipes that aim to enhance the experience of a vegetarian diet.

The nutritional goal for our recipes is:

  • To contain low levels of fat, especially saturated and trans fats.
  • The fats included, mainly belong in the beneficial category of monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
  • To contain minimal amounts of cholesterol
  • To be rich in fiber
  • To contain a significant amount of antioxidants and phytochemicals.
